My feeing after I watch this opera

Giuseppe Verdi was a famous Italian Romantic composer, mainly of opera. He was one of the most influential composers in the 19th century. Almost of his opera becoming a coordinate works in opera history. (his every work become popular and famous)for example: Rigoletto and La Traviata, He transformed the Italian opera,  Verdi's works are most noted for their emotional intensity, tuneful melodies, and dramatic characterizations. 

  Then I will talk about this opera named Aida, Aida is in four acts. The story took place in Egyptian pharaohs of Memphis and Thebes. I spend about 2 and the half hours to watched this opera.　the performance was successful. To short, this story is talk about a love triangle. This is talk about humanity and true love in the war. And need to audience to introspection the true love is in everywhere. 

some relative things about my major

I choose marketing before and advertising in Michigan state university. And in university I learn some classes are link to my major. The math is the most important for business students, CSE this a computer class, it will teach you how to use the computer to connect the relationship in the internet and the important is that make the table data, this is easy to management the business material, it is can help you sum up all the different difficult data in one sheet and make easy to find information in short time. For example, the totally revenue in a year, write down all the data in one table, you can easy to find out  which season sold the profit is the highest and which season is the lowest, it will save the company more time,  and many information in this major. 

some personal experience

I will talk about my first contest experience in my life. I was an art student in high school. Our studio held “Sketch Contest” every semester. This is our traditional program. For the contest, the important that if one team gets the highest mark, the team leader can get the chance, which is joining the art corporation of the city; it is difficult to join in. The leader was so nice, she help me all time when I feel confused, the sketch thesis was paint from life, the content is contain household utensils, then if she has free time she always teach me the structure, visual angle and many important painting information, tell me how to use these skills to make my part more natural and lively. We draw together for long time. Finally, we won this contest; of course I get chance to join in City Corporation.

reflecting and researching

top 3 things I learned about my field:

1: Marketing and the Advertising have the deep relationship that we can learn both of the knowledge of them.

2:Advertising and Marketing have some common elements like the target, desigh, purpose, customers, management, and so on...

3:This major has two seperate department that we can choose, one is the design, the other one is the management.



Top 3 things I learned about myself as a researcher:

1: My major is advertising, I need to do a lot of presentations and researches in the future.

2: If I taking this major, I need to pay attention on all the advertisements when I was shopping in the mall and the supermarkets, also on TV and other places.

3: To be a good designer should have some inspiration from life.

Questions about my field that I still have:

1: Is it easy to find a job in America after I graduate from university?
2: What should I do if I am a manager of the advertising in a company?

practicing my knowledge

before I came to America, my parent wanted me to take the major of Math. That was my favorite major before, but after I graduate from the high school in china, I thought I'm sick of taking that course anymore. So I changed my major to the marketing. I took some basic courses of the college of business, they was not that easy and I have to calcuate a lot of numbers, I found i'm not good at that. After come to the U.S., I am really interested of the advertisements. They usually showed by using the short videos and some pictures also some simple sentences, but can give people the deep impression of that product. The advertising is awesome in my heart and I fall in love of taking this course. In this semester, the ADV 205 is my favorite course and our professor always gave us some activities after the class. such as doing some researches, explain an advertisement that you like mostly, make some slogan about the the products you want to sale in the store. It sounds easy and I really enjoy these homeworks. I started to pay attention of all the advertisements when I was shopping in the mall, the supermarket, also watching the TV. During the summer, I want to find the part time job in china to learn more knowledge about the advertising and markeing. I love this major and I will try my best to learning this.

Western diet is very different ways, and the difference of national character may also be affected. In China, a banquet, no matter what purpose, will only have a form, is all round clouds, sharing a table. Banquet table, it is to use from form a unity, polite, fun atmosphere. A table delicacies in the center, it is a table, the taste is a table, the emotional communication medium. The people, make a toast, advised food, beautiful things in front, reflected between people respect, comity of virtue. Although the Angle from health, means of this kind of food is obvious deficiency, but it conforms to our national "happy" the universal mind, reflects the Chinese classical philosophy "and" the category of generations of the collective, facilitate communication, thus has to reform. Western-style food and wine, catering despite the fact that is very important, but as a foil. The party is the core of companionship, through the conversation between neighbour and guests, fellowship. If the party's companionship and dance, then say, persons than Chinese banquets like ballroom dancing, while men are like banquet of dancing. Therefore, Chinese and western dinner party companionship purposes are obvious, but Chinese banquet more embodied in the feast, and made more than banquet guests in between adjacent fellowship. And the Chinese diet is more obvious differences in the way of popular western buffet is. This one is: will all food, and displayed in the table to eat without fixed, walking, this kind of means to free the emotional communication between individuals, not all words on the table, will also show the westerners to personality, to self respect. But the dinner, lack some Chinese compartmentalize, chat.

the project we will using Ying's last essay, the topic is smoking, as we know, this is a seriously problem in the society. Even though all of the people know that smoking is harmful, we still can see a lot of person smoke everywhere. In the U.S., people can't smoke in the rooms, restanrants, or other public places, but in china, people can smoke everywhere. That is really bad. All of us are living in a second hand smoking area. in this remix project, we will discuss the most bad effects of smoking and second hand smoking to warning people smoke less.

second hand smoke

As we know, second hand smoking has a serious problem is harmful to family. According to the research, there are more than 600,000 people died of the second hand smoking, in this huge number, families is the biggest part of this community. In a family, if the father smokes, the smog of the cigarettes may effective his wife and children. Smoking is not just suicide, but murder! People smoking in the room will lead to them secondhand tobacco smoke which has the same diseases as direct smoking. They will influence children grow healthily. Also, the young parents who just get married should try to smoke out of the room or give up smoking when they decide to have a baby. The old people are other important members in the families. Old people are not stronger as young people, their immunity are weak and easy to get sick, for examples, like the Respiratory Diseases, heart disease, Vascular disease and many different kinds of cancer and so on, these disease are serious and will lead to death. People spend most of the time with their family, so if you smoke, your family is the most closed person with you and this is also easy for them to breathe in the harmful gases.
